Who we are
Hello! My name is Cyndi P Obasi, and I am a passionate chef, artist, and entrepreneur. Born in Nigeria and raised in Texas, I have always had a diverse cultural background that informs my work. I am deaf, which has instilled in me the importance of adaptability, creativity, and resilience. I hold a BA in Art, an AAS in Fashion Design and Merchandising, Pastry and culinary Arts. My love for the arts and food is deeply intertwined, which is why I am excited to present my concept for catering services to you.
Concept & Product Mix
Our concept revolves around high-quality, homemade food and beverages that bring an artistic touch to every dish. I specialize in creating unique, custom-made experiences for my customers through my catering services, which will include a variety of offerings:
Starters: Light appetizers to whet the appetite
Appetizers: Small plates designed for sharing
Entrees: A selection of savory, hearty dishes
Soups: A selection of sweet, savory, hearty soups
Salads: A range of salad types from cold to hot salads
Sandwiches: Gourmet sandwiches made with fresh, local ingredients
Desserts: A range of baked goods, pastries, and other types of sweets
House-made Drinks: Fresh, seasonal beverages to complement the menu
Packaged Items: Specialty jams, custards, sauces, and other gourmet products
Tea & Finger Sandwiches: Light, sophisticated options perfect for small gatherings
Custom: Anything that is not on the menu that clients wish to enjoy (requires a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice for all requests). Requests must be made 3 weeks before scheduled events. Requests made less than the three week minimum is subject to an additional $75 charge regardless of what is requested. We would be happy to accommodate your preferred menu therefore, please be sure to order or place your requests well in advance.
